Winemaker and Estate: Château d'Ollières is located above the village of Ollières in the heart of Provence and is one of the renowned estates of the AOC Coteaux Varois en Provence. The historic estate was taken over by the Rouy family in 2003 and revitalised with great dedication. Today, Charles and Bruno Rouy run the winery with the aim of expressing the unique terroir of Provence through elegant and authentic wines. Modern cellar technology, meticulous vineyard work and a respectful approach to nature define the philosophy of the estate.
Tasting Notes: In the glass, the wine displays a clear, bright ruby-red colour. The bouquet reveals aromas of ripe red and dark berries, subtle Provençal herbs and delicate spicy notes.
