Winemaker and Estate: Château d'Ollières is located above the village of Ollières in the heart of Provence and is one of the renowned estates of the AOC Coteaux Varois en Provence. The historic estate was taken over by the Rouy family in 2003 and revitalized with great dedication and passion. Today, Charles and Bruno Rouy manage the estate with the aim of expressing the unique Provençal terroir through elegant and authentic wines. Modern cellar technology, meticulous vineyard work and a respectful approach to nature define the philosophy of the estate.
Tasting Notes: This white wine displays a bright golden-yellow colour with brilliant reflections. The nose reveals a fine, aromatic bouquet of white flowers, citrus fruits and ripe stone fruits, complemented by subtle herbal notes reminiscent of the Mediterranean landscape of Provence. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced and elegant, with lively acidity, a beautiful fruit structure and a pleasant mineral character.
