Château Commanderie de Queyret, Bordeaux red 2018
(€12.67 L)
Fresh and fruity on the palate, but firm, with a soft, fleshy texture. Beautiful balance.
Winemaker and Vineyard: Château la Commanderie De Queyret is located in the heart of Entre Deux Mers, approximately 50 kilometers from Bordeaux. The walls date back to the 13th century and were founded by the Knights of Saint John of Jerusalem. Today, the Château belongs to the Vignobles Comin. Claude Comin and his family have completely renovated the Château, combining respect for tradition with modern technology in their work.
Tasting: With a deep purple hue, reflecting violets, this wine has a nose marked by red and black fruits like cherry and blackcurrant, accompanied by spicy notes. It offers a fresh and fruity but firm mouth, with a tender and meaty palate. Good balance.
Service: Serve at room temperature (16-18°C) to accompany black pudding with apples.
