Château Mouton Rothschild 2015 is an exceptional red wine from one of the most renowned wine estates in Bordeaux. The vinification was carried out with meticulous care, followed by ageing in new barriques, which gives the wine remarkable complexity and depth.

Composition

    - Cabernet Sauvignon: 82%, Merlot: 16%, Cabernet Franc: 2%

Aromatic profile

Nose: The nose is rich and complex, revealing aromas of ripe black fruits such as cassis and blackberries, paired with spicy notes of black pepper and tobacco. Nuances of cedar wood and graphite enrich this aromatic bouquet.

Palate: The attack is full and velvety with a firm but elegant tannin structure. The black fruit flavours continue in the mouth and are supported by a refreshing acidity and subtle minerality. The balance between richness and finesse is remarkable.
