Description

The 2010 vintage of Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande is a majestic wine that perfectly illustrates the refinement and power of the Pauillac appellation. It expresses great depth, remarkable aromatic intensity and an impressive balance between strength and elegance.

Tasting notes :

A dense, dark colour, typical of great Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose reveals complex aromas of ripe black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry), underlined by notes of graphite, cedar, sweet spices and a subtle floral touch. On the palate, the attack is full and precise, carried by a firm but silky tannic structure. The finish is long, fresh and persistent, reflecting great ageing potential.
