A perfect wine as an aperitif, for fish or cooked starters: "Les 3 Terroirs" from Domaine Fichet. This wine seduces with delicious ripe fruit, is beautifully round and shows a balanced minerality.

Winemaker and winery: Domaine Fichet, which today has 30 ha of vineyards, has undergone an enormous period of growth in recent decades; there were also some innovations at the level of wine-press technology in 2006. Olivier Fichet is an innovative winemaker who produces wonderful, fresh wines. The grapes grown here are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay and Aligoté. The cuvée "Les 3 Terroirs" comes from the same village but from three different soils and sites, which gives it a beautiful aromatic complexity and exemplary minerality.

Tasting: Beautiful golden yellow colour. Floral and complex on the nose. Mineral and well balanced on the palate with ripe fruit flavours. Long finish.

Service: With fish.
