Looking first at their white and one of the richer, more textured releases from the Armenier sisters, the 2015 Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc (65% Roussanne, 25% Clairette and the rest Grenache Blanc and Bourboulenc, vinified in barrel and aged in stainless steel) offers rounded, layered notes of white peach, citrus and mint in a medium to full-bodied, beautifully textured style on the palate. This beauty will shine with food over the coming 3-4 years. robertparker.com
