Winemaker and vineyard: A family estate for 6 generations in Châteauneuf du Pape. Today, Serge runs the estate with his niece Laetitia. The range includes Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Lirac, Côte du Rhône and French wines. Since 2020, the vineyard is certified HVE (High Environmental Value) and is naturally moving towards organic farming.
Tasting: Deep golden color. The nose, at first dominated by aging, reveals aromas of candied pineapple, exotic fruit and fruit in syrup enhanced by a mineral note. The mouth is rich with a big explosion of aromas, notes of hazelnut and white flowers to finish on sweet spices.
Service: Pressed cheese. Long ageing potential for this white wine 10-15 years.
