Suggested pairings
Ideal with foie gras, poultry with sweet and sour sauces (honey-roasted chicken, duck with orange sauce), blue-veined cheeses (Roquefort, Bleu d'Auvergne). It also goes very well with yellow or exotic fruit desserts (apricot tart, mango and pineapple salad), or with almonds and puff pastry.
