The Rosé Prestige from Château d'Ollières represents the elegance and finesse of a high-quality Provence rosé. It combines tradition and meticulous vineyard care with a modern, balanced style. A versatile companion for special moments, it is equally enjoyable as an aperitif or paired with refined cuisine.
Winemaker and Estate: Château d'Ollières is located above the village of Ollières in the heart of Provence and is one of the renowned estates of the AOC Coteaux Varois en Provence. The historic estate was taken over by the Rouy family in 2003 and revitalised with great dedication. Today, Charles and Bruno Rouy manage the estate with the aim of expressing the unique Provençal terroir through elegant and authentic wines. Modern cellar techniques, meticulous vineyard work and a respectful approach to nature define the philosophy of the estate.
Tasting Notes: The Rosé Prestige from Château d'Ollières displays an elegant pale rosé colour. On the nose, it reveals fine aromas of red berries, citrus fruits and floral notes, complemented by a subtle mineral freshness.
