Château Haut-Brion - 2019
Origin : Pessac-Léognan, Bordeaux, France
Type : Red wine
Grape varieties : Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc
Tasting Notes
Colour: Deep, dark red with purple highlights.
Nose : Complex and refined, opening with aromas of ripe black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry) and black cherry, with subtle notes of cedar, tobacco, leather and sweet spices. Hints of undergrowth and graphite enrich the bouquet.
Palate: A full, velvety attack, with a fine, well-integrated tannic structure. The palate reveals great density of fruit, accompanied by flavours of black fruit, liquorice, cocoa and a saline minerality characteristic of the estate. The finish is long and balanced, with sustained freshness and remarkable elegance.
