The estate

Domaine Arnoux Père et Fils is a family-run business located in Chorey-lès-Beaune, cultivating around 22 hectares of vines in a number of prestigious appellations, including Savigny-lès-Beaune, Beaune, Aloxe-Corton, Corton and Pernand-Vergelesses. The estate is committed to sustainable viticulture and has been certified High Environmental Value (HVE) since 2021.

Tasting profile

Colour: Deep ruby red.

Nose: Delicate and expressive, marked by red berries (strawberry, raspberry, cherry), accompanied by spicy notes (pepper, nutmeg). When fully mature, the wine develops aromas of candied fruit.

Palate: A structured, powerful wine with good body. The tannins are present but silky, offering a long finish in keeping with the character of Aloxe-Corton.

    - Roast poultry (duck, guinea fowl)

    - Soft cheeses with a washed rind (Époisses, Ami du Chambertin)
