Tasting notes

    - Colour: Deep purple with purplish highlights.

    - Nose: Intense, with aromas of ripe blackcurrant, violet, graphite, cedar and sweet spices.

    - Palate: Supple attack, structured mid-palate with silky tannins. Beautiful freshness, mineral finesse, long, elegant finish.

Food & wine pairing

Ideal with grilled prime rib, roast leg of lamb, game stew or mature cheeses.
