Elegant wine with aromas of dark fruits, spices, and flowers; silky, complex palate with a long finish. A perfect balance of finesse and depth.
Domaine Michel Noëllat, located in the heart of the Côte de Nuits in Vosne-Romanée, is run by the sixth generation of the Noëllat family: Sébastien Noëllat in the vineyard and cellar, and Sophie Noëllat-Sirugue in marketing. The estate covers 27 hectares spread over around a hundred plots, with an average age of the vines of between 60 and 70 years. The soils are mainly clay-limestone, benefiting from an east-south-east exposure at an altitude of between 220 and 340 metres.
