Le Guérandais - Fleur de sel de Guérande gris Tradition
Origin: Guérande, Loire-Atlantique, France
Type: Unrefined artisanal sea salt
Production method: Artisanal, harvested by hand from the salt marshes
Origin and background
Fleur de sel de Guérande gris Tradition is the result of age-old know-how practised in the salt marshes of Guérande. Harvested by hand by salt workers using age-old methods, it is naturally grey due to its contact with the clay of the carnations. Unwashed and unrefined, it retains its mineral richness and authentic flavour.

Nose: Light sea fragrance, mild iodine notes.
Texture and taste: Delicate, crumbly crystals. Balanced salty flavour, slightly iodised, with a subtle, complex minerality that enhances without dominating. Elegant saline length on the palate.
