Winemaker and vineyard: The Sinard family has been established for three generations in exclusive cultivation on the vineyard. The emphasis is on the prestigious Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, but they also produce excellent Côtes du Rhône, in particular a "Villages Tamardière" and a white "Papé plume". The vines are worked with great respect for nature (organic fertilisers, no weedkillers), the vinification is traditional - manual harvesting, sorting of the grapes, long maceration and partial maturation in barrels. This results in unique wines that bear the signature of the winemaker.
Tasting: Bright and concentrated garnet colour. Expressive and complex nose of strawberries, spices and cocoa, confirmed by a typical Grenache palate. Velvety tannins and melted notes of prune, cherry in brandy, long on a remarkable freshness.
Service: Drink at room temperature (16-18°C) with a Provençal-style stew or guinea fowl on the spit.
