From an exceptional terroir (siliceous gravel on the Garonne hillsides), this Pauillac 2015 stands out for its assertive structure and faithful expression of the Cabernet-Sauvignon/Merlot style typical of the appellation. Under the guidance of Hubert de Boüard (consultant), the vintage reveals a modern elegance combined with great depth.

- Appellation : Pauillac AOC

- Grape varieties : 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot

- Alcohol content : Approximately 14%

Tasting :

- Colour: A beautiful, deep purple hue with purple highlights.

- Nose: Subtle and fresh, dominated by black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry, black cherry), accompanied by aromas of liquorice, spices, mocha and cedar.

- Palate: creamy attack, powerful but silky tannins; well-structured wine with seductive persistence and a finish balanced between fruit and oak
