Crème de Marrons de l'Ardèche was created in 1885 by Clément Faugier in Privas. Today it is an emblematic product of the French gourmet tradition, made from chestnuts harvested mainly in the Ardèche.

Texture & Taste

Thick, creamy texture, very homogenous

Intense chestnut flavours, light sugar, notes of vanilla and marron glacé

Rich, rounded taste, typical of traditional recipes

Use

Enjoy plain, on pancakes, toast, yoghurt, fromage blanc, etc.

Perfect for pastries: logs, mousses, verrines, tart shells, ice creams

Store at room temperature before opening

Once opened, keep in a cool place and use within 15 days.
