Full Description with Tasting Notes:
La Dame de Montrose 2011 is the second wine of Château Montrose, a Grand Cru Classé from Saint-Estèphe. Predominantly Merlot, this vintage shows remarkable balance and finesse.

  • Appearance: Deep garnet with slight brick hues, showing graceful aging.

  • Nose: Aromas of ripe black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry, black cherry), with notes of cedar, light pepper, leather, and blond tobacco.

  • Palate: Smooth and rounded attack, integrated tannins, fresh mid-palate. Long finish with a subtle mineral edge and gentle oak influence.

Now at its peak, this wine reflects the classic, structured style of Saint-Estèphe with elegance and complexity.
