Château Bréhat, Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux 2022
(€25.33 L)
Château Bréhat is a wine of character, full-bodied with a fine tannic structure.
Winemaker and Vineyard: This appellation, bordering Saint-Emilion, takes its name from CASTILLON LA BATAILLE where the Hundred Years' War ended in 1453. Exclusively red, the wines of Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux are authentic, generous, round and fine, reflecting the gentle hills and valleys where they were born.
Tasting: Deep robe, youthful reflections. Nose with very pure jammy fruit, discreet woodiness, floral sensation. A Castillon that unfolds in the mouth a greedy fruit, silky tannins, a beautiful freshness, a suave and elegant material. Beautiful wine, beautiful vintage. Gilbert & Gaillard
Service: Serve at room temperature (16-18°C) to accompany beef mironton.
