Vinery and winemaker: The vines are cultivated using sustainable methods, then harvested by hand. The grapes are from the vineyard's own harvest. Aged in oak barrels for several months, it was bottled at the property. Situated north of the capital of the Burgundy wine, "En Genêt" is a small plot covering about one hectare.

Tasting: Dark colour and opaque robe; its smoky nose introduces red and black fruits. It charms the palate with complex aromas and smooth tannins. It evolves with time, revealing a solid and absolutely convincing structure. Rich and mature, representative by its smart sides and also its good length dominated by red fruits.

Service: A previous uncorking is recommended, about 1 or 2 hours before the service, improves the volume and the pureness of the aromas (15-16°C). Offering a wide range of flavours, it can be served with fine and light meat and most of cheese.
