Producer: Vincent Jacoulot, founder of the family business, was born in 1864 in Romanèche-Thorins in southern Burgundy, where he first distilled his Marc de Bourgogne in 1891, made from the grapes of local winemakers. The Jacoulot house was born. The award-winning quality of the Marcs and Fins quickly led to great success throughout France. As a result, the Marc "L'authentique" has become the flagship of the Jacoulot house. Philippe Vançon has been the owner and cellar master of Jacoulot since 2013.
