Château de Millet Bas-Armagnac 1975 is a high-quality brandy from a family vineyard in Eauze, in the heart of Bas-Armagnac, the most prestigious area of the appellation. Château de Millet has been owned by the Dèche family for several generations and is renowned for producing authentic Armagnacs made from grapes grown and distilled on site.
Nose and mouth
Nose: The nose is complex, rich and expressive. It opens with aromas of dried fruit, vanilla, plums and figs, accompanied by spicy notes, noble wood and rancio. Some hints of cocoa, light tobacco and leather enrich the ensemble.
Palate: The attack is round, full and warm with flavours of candied fruit, liquorice, nuts, sweet pepper and brown caramel. The wood is perfectly integrated and introduces subtle notes without dominating.
Finish: Long and persistent, developing spicy, woody nuances and a delicate oxidative note that indicates time. The mouthfeel remains fresh and balanced despite its power.

This Bas-Armagnac is best enjoyed neat at room temperature (18-20°C) from a tulip or balloon shaped glass to concentrate the flavours.
