Okina is a young artisanal business in the Basque region founded in 2004, situated in Idaux Mendy. The ingredients are cultivated locally and put each product over the edge. Hervé Lanouguère and Hervé Boissinot are leading the business and attach high importance to artisanal production, high quality as well as simple and natural recipes. They produce salty and sweet biscuits.
