That's exactly what Paul Michel's wines prove again and again.
We're speaking of a 100 % Chardonnay - a real Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru - that can convince also a connoisseur. In the beginning, the foam is fierce, but turns into a mild and fine perlage very quickly. Pears and cooked apples, then lemon cest and abricot. It's an unbelievable range of aromas, and a very pleasant minerality!
It's got a great original charakter, this champagne! We've got remainders of 2010, and a lot of 2012-vintage bottles! Great vintage!
