Description

This white agricultural rum is made from the fresh juice of our sugar canes. It is crushed, fermented and distilled at a low temperature (70°) to retain as many aromas as possible.

Rum has to breathe in the scents of the high seas to become exceptional. Crossing the Atlantic by boat for several weeks gives the Rum an incomparable finesse and elegance". Benoît Charbonnaud.

Its powerful aromas bring out the fresh, floral, lemony and vegetal notes of the different varieties of sugar cane that go into it. It can be drunk as a long drink or as a Ti Punch or Mojito.
