The Rhum des Pasteurs (Shepherds’s Rum) originates from the best plantings of Martinique. He is typical for the exquisite aroma and the unique delicacy. His valuable qualities are due to his old age and the products applied during the distillation.
Though rum is not Burgundian, he is an integral part of Jacoulot's history and production. They are imported since the requisition of the Marcs de Bourgogne in 1944.
