Château de Millet, located in Eauze in the Gers department, is a family-run wine estate covering 80 hectares. The vineyard benefits from sandy-clay and "tawny sand" soils, characteristic of the Bas-Armagnac terroir, renowned for the finesse and complexity of its eaux-de-vie.
