Domaine Fichet
In 1976 Francis Fichet decided to found a vineyard, he was very sure that time has come to vinify his own wine; Prior to that year the Fichet family sold it's grapes to viticultural cooperations. In the meantime their vineyard has grown from 11 ha in the 70ties to currently solid 35 ha, 25 of which are Chardonnay grapes.
Since 1999 the domaine is run by Franci's sons Olivier and Pierre-Yves Fichet and they produce not less than 15 different Cuvées.
As Olivier Ficht likes to say: "The guideline for our wines will always be: very fruity, mineral, round and powerful". We can confirm it!
