Walnut and hazelnut oils are 100% natural, free from preservatives, and full of flavor. That’s why it’s essential to provide the best conditions to preserve all their aromatic and nutritional qualities.
Here are a few simple tips:
- Protect from light and heat: Store your oils in a closed cupboard, away from sunlight and the stove.
- Glass bottle or tin? In glass bottles, oils keep for up to 18 months; in tins, they can last up to 24 months.
- Air causes oxidation: Keep the oil in its original container, or transfer only a small amount into a tightly sealed oil bottle.
