Domaine de Montcalm
What do you think of when you're talking about the Camargue? Horses, the almost endless, swampy landscape of the Rhône delta or is it more the rice, salt or the sandy beaches?
It is no secret what we're thinking of. Yes, it's the unbelievably nice rosé which is produced exactly in this unique place. By the way, as we were already talking about sandy beaches ... there's a lot of sand in the Camargue, the "Sable de Camargue" which makes up to 95 % of the soil in this region.
Montcalm's rosé prestige is a cuvée of Grenache, Merlot and Syrah. It's the flagship bottle of Montcalm and is noteworthy for its incredible finesse and authenticity. On the palate this wine is lively, extremely relaxing and soft. A really great wine!
