Best served with
Ideal served chilled for breakfast or brunch, on a tray of pastries or a moist cake. Superb with an exotic tart or a fruit cheesecake. Can also be used as a base for a non-alcoholic cocktail or to add a tangy, fragrant touch to a revisited spritz. Interesting as an accompaniment to a coconut dessert or to deglaze a sweet and sour dish such as prawns sautéed in passion sauce.
