A really wonderful Moulin à Vent is produced by our winemaker Domaine de Colonat. As a through and through Beaujolais this wine ages in oak barrells with 100 % Gamay and can be stored for 8 - 10 years. The wine has an enormous power, tastes of ripe fruits and has got a very close terroir association. 100 % Beaujolais, 100 % Gamay, 100 % drinking pleasure
