La Belle Chaurienne

Since 1964 „La Belle Chaurienne“ produces the famous cassoulet, which the founder delivered personally in his 2CV.
In the following decades the company became bigger and bigger, as wells as the range of products. Besides the traditional cassoulet, it turned toward the “big” plates of French cuisine, Boeuf Bourguignon or Coq au vin for instance.
“Chaurienne” is how inhabitants of Castelnaudary are called, a city between Toulouse and the fortress town Carcassonne, where the operational unit is located.
