Winemaker and vineyard: A family estate for 6 generations in Châteauneuf du Pape. Today, Serge runs the estate with his niece Laetitia. The range includes Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Lirac, Côte du Rhône and French wines. Since 2020, the vineyard is certified HVE (High Environmental Value) and is naturally moving towards organic farming.

Tasting: Ruby color with purple reflections of youth. Nice attack of raspberry and wild strawberry, red fruits. The nose is frank and explosive. The palate is greedy, round and crunchy on a red fruit coulis.

Service: Barbecues, salades, pizzas.
