Blending & ageing

- 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot

- Matured for 18-20 months in barrels, around 40% of which are new

Tasting

Colour: Deep red, dense garnet

Nose: Intense expression of ripe red and black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry, kirsch), accompanied by notes of liquorice, cocoa, tobacco and aromatic herbs (sage, laurel), set against a background of terroir (iron, sand)

Palate: Balanced structure, powerful but silky tannins, combining fruity power, saline freshness, dark spices and chocolate. Long, persistent finish
