Complex, elegant, mineral-driven, fresh; pairs with scallops, poultry, or vegetable dishes.
Carefully vinified with direct pressing, slow settling, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, partial ageing in oak, and natural malolactic fermentation. Complex aromas of yellow stone fruit, floral nuances and toasted nuts combine with fine minerality to create an elegant, harmonious wine with freshness and structure.
Winemaker and vineyard: Among the Faury family, the passion for the rigorous challenge of growing vines is passed from father to son. This work continues in their wine cellar where each vintage reveals, emphasises and reflects the distinctive characteristics of its "terroirs".
Tasting notes: Complex aromas of yellow stone fruit, floral notes and toasted nuts. Full-bodied on the palate, elegant and fresh, supported by pronounced minerality and a fine saline tension.
Food pairing: Serve at 13–14°C. Ideal with fish in sauce.
