Description

"La Cra" a site of about 4 hectares, which has it all: These wines from Domaine Fichet are super fruity, and very rich. No wonder! The grapes are harvested with slight over-ripeness, which means an incredible explosion of flavours! Delicious!

Winemaker and winery: Domaine Fichet, with 30ha of vineyards today, has undergone an enormous period of growth in the last few decades; there were also some innovations at the level of pressing technology in 2006. Olivier Fichet is an innovative winemaker who produces wonderful, fresh wines. The grapes grown here are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay and Aligoté.

Tasting: Powerful, complex, great body.

Service: As an aperitif, or also with fish with sauce, snails.

Awards: Guide Hachette des Vins 2021 - 2 stars: remarkable wine; Gold medal at the Concours Chardonnay du Monde.
