Produced from a small parcel in the heart of the Aloxe-Corton appellation, this red Burgundy wine embodies all the nobility and typicity of the Côte de Beaune Premier Crus. The 2023 vintage of ‘Les Fournières’, produced in very limited quantities, offers a refined expression of Pinot Noir, combining controlled power, aromatic finesse and the authenticity of the terroir. Tasting profile

    - Colour: Deep ruby red with brilliant highlights.

    - Nose: Expressive and generous, with aromas of cherry, ripe strawberry and raspberry, with hints of spice (sweet pepper, nutmeg).

    - Palate: Beautiful intensity with a strong but silky tannic structure. The wine is full-bodied and well-balanced, with a lingering finish marked by mineral freshness and a perfectly integrated touch of oak. It combines power and elegance, typical of a well-born Aloxe-Corton 1er Cru.
