Winemaker and vineyard: The terroir of Château Haut Rocher in the St Emilion appellation is highly qualitative, located on the slopes of the town of Saint Etienne de Lisse, facing south/southeast. The soil is clay-limestone on molasse from Fronsac. The average age of the vineyard is 40 years. The terroir of Château Bréhat is in the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. The 5-hectare plot is adjacent to the St Emilion appellation. The soil is clay-loamy over a limestone subsoil, facing south at the foot of the slopes. The average age of the vines is 30 years.
Tasting: A deep red color, clear and fruity on the nose with hints of licorice. Smooth on the palate, with a lovely creaminess and a fruity ambiance."
