Domaine Michel Noëllat - Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Boudots 2022

Origin & Production

Domaine Michel Noëllat is located in Vosne-Romanée, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits. The 2022 vintage of Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Boudots comes from a renowned plot planted with Pinot Noir grapes. The vines benefit from a limestone and clay-limestone terroir, ideal for the expression of this grape variety. Vinification is carried out using traditional methods, with ageing in oak barrels to refine the wine.

Tasting profile

    - Colour : Deep ruby red, brilliant.

    - Nose : Intense aromas of black cherry, plum, violet and liquorice, with subtle notes of undergrowth and toasted oak.

    - Palate: Full, velvety attack, supported by fine tannins and refreshing acidity. Flavours of ripe black fruit mingle harmoniously with hints of spice and wood.

    - Finish: Long and persistent, with lovely aromatic complexity.

    - Burghound (Allen Meadows): 91-93/100
