Château de Millet Bas-Armagnac 1981 is an exceptional spirit, a symbol of traditional Gascon know-how. Distilled and aged in the historic Bas-Armagnac region, this 1981 vintage embodies the finesse and complexity of Armagnac, offering a rare and precious taste experience.

Ageing

Aged for over 40 years in oak casks, this 1981 vintage develops rich, deep aromas, revealing the woody, vanilla notes characteristic of long ageing. The time spent in cask allows the spirit to mellow and gain in complexity.

Tasting notes

    - Nose: Intense and delicate, with aromas of dried fruit (hazelnut, prune), sweet spices (cinnamon, clove) and subtle notes of vanilla and caramel.

    - Palate: Round and velvety, with a beautiful harmony between aromatic power and sweetness. Flavours of candied fruit, oak, honey and a touch of spice add liveliness.
