Producer: The crisps from Domaine de la Croustille rose from the brilliant spirit of two specialists: Jim Jastszebeski, farmer and producer of top-class potatoes and Laurent Cavard, leader of the business named Altho Brets, specialist in the production of crisps. The very favorable conditions of Médoc are creating wonderful taste sensations. Not only the Chips Millésimé contain simple, high qualitiy ingredients like the exquisite potatoes from Jim and the sunflower oil of best quality, but also, depending on the product, highly interesting tastes like salt from Guérande and Timut pepper.
