Tasting
Colour: Luminous golden yellow with amber highlights.
Nose: Intense and delicate, combining aromas of candied citrus fruit, ripe apricot, honey, white flowers and light spicy notes (vanilla, ginger).
Palate: Unctuous, full-bodied attack. The sweetness is perfectly balanced by fresh, invigorating acidity. The wine reveals complex flavours of candied fruit, honey and citrus zest, with a long, lingering finish of great elegance.
