Producer: For almost 60 years, the Maison Bruyère biscuit factory has remained true to the values of its founder: quality, taste, a selection of natural and healthy ingredients, and meticulous recipe development. Now in its third generation, the Bruyère family continues to offer biscuits made from regional recipes, as well as other delicious sweet and savory creations. Officially named "Maison Bruyère" since 2009, the company was taken over by Léa Bruyère, who wanted to honor her grandfather, the founder of the business in 1964.
