Producer: The typical French honey varieties from the French gourmet supplier Beauharnais-Carlant, based in Strasbourg, are highly popular even outside of their production country. Honeys from the "Grand Est" region as well as from the south of France showcase the diversity of their offerings. Yet, they all share one thing in common: they all taste like France!
Tasting: This lavender honey is a very rare, light, spreadable honey from the lilac-blue lavender fields of southern France. It is distinguished by its creamy texture and its unique, fully floral aroma.
