The three wines
- Domaine de la Haute Févrie, Muscadet de Sèvre et Maine sur Lie 2025 — Melon de Bourgogne, 12% vol, 0.75 l. Crisp and briny, a classic oyster wine.
- Domaine de la Chaise, Touraine Tradition rouge 2022 — Côt and Cabernet Franc, 12.5% vol, 0.75 l. Dark red fruit, soft tannins—an effortless introduction to Loire red wines.
- Domaine Benoît Chauveau, Pouilly-Fumé “La Charmette” 2025 — Sauvignon Blanc, 13% vol, 0.75 l. Savory and mineral, with notes of yellow stone fruit and apricot.
The three specialties
- Pâté by Roger Vidal, 125 g. The flavor varies from box to box.
- Galettes Bretonnes from the Biscuiterie de la Pointe du Raz, 40 g.
- Orléans Mustard by Martin-Pouret, 95 g. The house has been crafting vinegar and mustard in Orléans since 1797.
