Description

Winemaker and vineyard: Pierre Gaillard, our winemaker, is based in Malleval on the riverside of the river Rhône. But he also possesses some vineyards in Banyuls-sur-Mer where he produces some variants of the well-known sweet wine. He named his winery after the mountain Madeloc. His award-winning wines are a pleasure for everyone!

Tasting: Atypical, a dark black color, developing complex roasted aromas, as well as black berry, vanilla and spicy notes.

Service: Complex and strong, it goes well with saucy game and meat dishes.
