Domaine Faury - Côte-Rôtie ‘Les 3 Brunes’ 2023 

Domaine Faury, run by Lionel Faury in Chavanay, is renowned for its authentic, elegant wines. The 2023 “Les 3 Brunes” cuvée is a blend of Syrah and Viognier from vines grown on micaschist soils, benefiting from respectful vinification and ageing in oak barrels.

Tasting notes

    - Colour : Deep ruby red, brilliant.

    - Nose: Intense aromas of fresh red fruit such as raspberry and cherry, with floral notes of violet and a hint of spice.

    - Palate: Supple on the palate, with fine, mellow tannins, lovely freshness and a long, elegant finish with flavours of liquorice and mocha.

Ageing

The wine is aged in oak barrels, allowing the wood to blend in harmoniously and giving a pure expression of the terroir.

Cellaring potential

Drink now or cellar until 2040 to appreciate its evolution.

Food and wine pairings

This wine goes perfectly with grilled red meats, game, French specialities and mature cheeses.
