Winemaker and vineyard: Vincent Bachelet's family vineyard extends over 17 ha, mainly located on the Côte de Beaune. For three generations, wine and work have defined the Bachelet family's annual routine. The estate also includes a spectacular 18th century vaulted cellar.

Tasting: Wine with a beautiful, deep ruby colour with underbrush and cranberry notes, which is balanced on the palate and has plenty of tannin.

Service: Red meat, white meat in sauce and mature cheese. Serve at about 14/15°C.
